We are not getting bonus for this current year 2011.Council has departmental order for us,as we discuss with our HM that every department should have a G.O for this bonus.In the mean time we talked to various district's VTC (Specially to Mr.koushik Chatterjee of udzvtu of Uttar Dinajpur and to Nadia District representative).Uttar Dinajpur are withdrawing the bonus according to Rule 5 of financial department of government.See the rule 5 here.
According to Nadia District representative they got previous two year bonus according to this rule 5 without a departmental G.O but this year their H.M/Project Coordinator are not allowing them to withdraw the bonus.
** Anyway we hope for better luck in our near future as our honorable minister said in a meeting with FORUM few days ago.He assured us that Vocational Section will be important parts of our society in near future and Teachers and staff will get attractive career package.
